Pay for access, not a promised result
Researcher does not guarantee a releasable cohort, an improvement, a compound interaction estimate or a particular percentile. Population results need enough comparable real participants and may be unavailable. No sample results replace missing live data.
Wearable connections are not enabled on this deployment. Do not buy a membership expecting an unconfigured connection to work. Imports are requested by you, not continuous clinical monitoring. Apple Health and Health Connect are not implemented connections.
Renewal, cancellation and support
Payments and billing details are handled through Stripe. In Me → Membership → Manage subscription, you can view invoices and cancel automatic renewal. The billing portal shows the effective end date; access continues through the current paid period when cancellation is scheduled for period end.
Tracker remains available after a paid membership ends. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund; its confirmation includes subscription-cancellation choices. For billing problems or refund requests, contact support@nootrack.app.
What Nootrack is—and is not
Nootrack provides software for cognitive games, personal tracking and statistical comparisons. It does not sell medicines or supplements, prescribe treatment, diagnose conditions or validate an intelligence score.
Tracking and games are local-first. Cloud features need a connection and your sharing choice. Device-local records are not a substitute for your own backups. See Data use and Participation before enabling uploads.
